SIM LTD manufacture a wide range of Flashings, trims and gutters to complement our roof and cladding systems that we install. Generally the most common use for flashings is that they are used to cover and protect gaps between roof cladding but they can also be completely custom made to suit your project, as each project can be unique we make bespoke flashings to order which are available in various sizes and lengths. Our external flashings are manufactured in plastisol finish PVC laminated food safe finish for white clean room applications.

Some standard flashings that we produce are listed below:

Ridge- These are flashings that are used between two runs of roof cladding at the Apex of the roof

Barge / Gable ends – These are flashings used between the roof and the wall cladding at the gable ends 

Corner- These are flashings used to cover the gap between the side and the end wall sheeting 

Drip- These flashings are usually used to finish off the bottom of wall cladding to deflect water away from both the cladding sheets and supports to prevent corrosion and vermin entering the building.
